Sales Representative, Major Accounts . In this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50 -- 999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. ADP supports you with continuous sales training and the latest technology to set you up for success as you manage your book of business. You will spend most of your time in the field, documenting and managing multiple sales cycles, and guiding opportunities through implementation until your new business is live on the solutions you sell. Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans. Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts while building lasting relationships. Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners with a focus on integrity and high ethical standards. Qualifications
Required Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory. Positive self-starter with the ability to cold call, manage time, and present ideas clearly in multiple formats. Confident, fearless, and able to take opportunities and challenge the status quo. Entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness, resilience under pressure, and leadership qualities. Trusted advisor with strong relationship-building and integrity. A college degree is helpful but not required. If not, acceptable experience could include: Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside B2B sales experience Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, or software sales Military experience is valued and considered with a supportive environment to make a meaningful impact. Base salary range: USD $44,800.00 - USD $97,200.00 per year. Compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions depending on location and experience.
