Account Manager
to drive strategic client relationships across some of the industry’s most sophisticated financial institutions. This is an opportunity to join a high-performance team working at the intersection of
technology, financial markets, and client strategy —and to play a key role in growing accounts that sit at the core of the global markets ecosystem. Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing Own and grow relationships with Tier-1 and Tier-2 capital markets clients. Serve as a trusted partner by understanding client workflows, KPIs, and strategic objectives. Drive account expansion through upsell, cross-sell, and solution positioning. Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention. Manage renewals, commercial discussions, and account planning. Represent client needs internally and contribute feedback to product roadmaps. Qualifications
What We’re Looking For 7–8+ years’ experience in
Account Management ,
Client Success ,
Relationship Management , or
Sales
within Capital Markets, FinTech, Trading Platforms, or SaaS. Strong understanding of financial markets — trading desks, market data, workflows, or analytics platforms. A proactive, commercially minded relationship builder. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders. Experience growing accounts and handling commercial conversations. Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate in a fast-moving, scaling business. Why This Role
