We’re building the commercial channel to become the default service partner for organizations across Southern California; starting with property management and expanding into adjacent verticals. This isn’t a sales job. This is a founding role. You’re not stepping into a machine that’s already running. You’re building the engine. You’ll work with the founding team to define the strategy, create the playbook, and own the revenue number with a direct path to VP. About Osta

Strategy:

Define segment prioritization across Southern California. Property management is the beachhead—you’ll also evaluate and sequence expansion into GCs, HOAs, multi-family, commercial real estate, and emerging verticals. The Playbook:

Build the B2B sales process from scratch—prospecting, discovery, proposal, close, onboarding. Document it as you go. Execution:

Close the first 10 flagship partnerships yourself. Prove the model works before we scale the team. Pipeline:

Build a recurring revenue stream. Target: $50K/month in partner-sourced revenue by month 6. Pricing Architecture:

Work with leadership to develop B2B structures—monthly retainers, per-door pricing, and volume incentives. Who You Are

5 years in B2B sales or partnerships. You understand the difference between a luxury HOA in Newport Beach and a multi-family operator in DTLA. You sell to organizations, not just people. Track record navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders and procurement processes. You build from scratch. You don’t need a manual; you write it. Clear communicator. No jargon. You translate operational details into commercial value. Consultative. You diagnose problems before pitching solutions. You understand that B2B buyers have been burned by vendors before. You’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate with Operations (to ensure seamless service delivery), Marketing (to build commercial campaigns), and our W-2 professionals in the field. This isn’t a silo—it’s a seat at the leadership table from day one. Compensation & Growth

Base Salary : $100,000–$125,000 Commission : Uncapped. Tied directly to partnership revenue. (Year 1 OTE: $150,000–$210,000 ) Equity : Stock options. You own a piece of what you build. Benefits : Health, dental, vision, 401(k). Travel and event budget covered.
