Specializing in industries such as financial services, healthcare, and education, we focus on building long-term partnerships based on trust, quality, and results. Our offerings range from commercial printing and branded merchandise to custom apparel, signage, vehicle graphics, and marketing consultations. Located in Tacoma, WA, we’re also expanding into digital signage and full-service creative support through our design division. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Tacoma, WA. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, creating detailed proposals, negotiating contracts, and tailoring print and marketing solutions for clients’ unique needs. This role also involves collaborating closely with internal teams, staying updated on industry trends, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Proven experience in account management, client relationship building, and sales strategies. Strong understanding of marketing and branding solutions, including print, promotional materials, and graphic design. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Ability to identify client needs, generate creative solutions, and close sales opportunities successfully. Proficiency in CRM software, data management, and sales tracking tools. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience in industries such as financial services, healthcare, or marketing is a plus. Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
