Indialantic, FL SUMMARY
The Athletic Director will lead and administer the school’s athletic program for elementary and middle school. The Athletic Director will be responsible for recruiting students and coaches, communicating with parents, coordinating schedules, and maintaining athletic records and documentation. Serves as liaison between the school and Catholic Youth Sports. Recruits players and coaches for each sport. Organizes team rosters and manages athletic schedules. Communicates schedules, expectations, and codes of conduct to parents and staff. Conducts meetings with coaches, parents, and students. Maintains accurate records including fingerprints and required coaching documentation. Manages athletic equipment and uniforms. Ensures all equipment is set up and put away for practices and games. Attends and supervises all home games. Performs all tasks in accordance with Diocesan policies. Performs other duties as assigned by the principal WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed indoors and outdoors on school campus. Requires standing, walking, lifting sports equipment, and supervising students in the gym or on the field. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Minimum
High School Diploma Some college courses in sports management, physical education, or related field, preferred Athletic coaching experience required All candidates are required to fulfill the Diocese of Orlando Safe Environment Certification process and undergo screening with the Clearinghouse Care Provider Background Screen via the following websites:
