Retail Marketing Manager

to

bridge the gap between Brand Marketing and Retail Execution . This role ensures that our brand vision – rooted in science, legacy, and next-level performance – comes to life consistently across

every

retail touchpoint. The ideal candidate is equal parts

brand strategist and retail operator : fluent in brand marketing principles, a master of retail activation, and an exceptional presenter who can turn complex strategies into

polished, persuasive decks

for internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities

Translate the Brand team’s campaigns and creative direction into retail-ready marketing plans, ensuring consistent messaging, design, and voice across in-store, digital, and wholesale environments. Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Sales to align launches, promotions, and merchandising with overall brand narrative. Serve as the internal champion for retail needs during brand planning, bringing consumer and retailer insights back to the brand team. Retail Marketing Execution

Develop and execute retail marketing programs (end caps, signage, sampling, seasonal promotions, co-branded activations) for key accounts including Costco, Target, Walmart, Amazon brick-and-mortar, and specialty retailers. Oversee creative briefing and production of all retail collateral – ensuring brand congruency, premium design, and flawless execution. Partner with eCommerce and Digital teams to create a seamless omnichannel consumer experience. Presentation & Partner Readiness

Lead the creation of high-impact presentations for buyer meetings, joint business plans, and line reviews — owning narrative, design, and data storytelling. Deliver compelling, polished presentations to senior executives and retail partners to secure placement, funding, and promotional opportunities. Analytics & Insights

Track performance of retail campaigns using POS data, Nielsen/IRI, and retailer portals. Provide actionable insights and reporting to leadership on ROI, shopper trends, and category opportunities. Cross-Functional Leadership

Act as the primary marketing liaison for key retail accounts; foster strong relationships to drive collaboration and growth. Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure inventory and timing align with marketing programs. Mentor junior team members and manage agency partners as needed. Qualifications

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus). 7–10 years of retail or channel marketing experience within CPG, health & wellness, or supplements. Demonstrated success translating brand strategy into

retail programs that drive measurable sales . Proven track record presenting to senior executives and retail buyers with exceptional storytelling and design. Expert in trade marketing, promotional planning, and retail activation. Master presenter and deck creator (Keynote/PowerPoint/Google Slides) with a sharp eye for design and narrative flow. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with major retailers. Proficiency in retail analytics tools (Nielsen, IRI, retailer POS systems). Exceptional organizational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining brand excellence.
