What We Need As an Associate Campaign Manager on the Client Success – Markets team, you will support key digital campaigns in post-sale—from campaign execution to revisions and reporting. You will work cross-functionally and act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and Product to ensure successful account performance and growth. Success in this position requires a strong focus on providing best-in-class client service and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
Support post-sale digital campaigns from launch through completion, including setup, execution, optimizations, and reporting.
Serve as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and performance.
Manage campaign revisions, trafficking updates, and ongoing quality checks to maintain accuracy and alignment with client goals.
Monitor pacing, performance, and delivery to identify issues early and recommend solutions.
Prepare and deliver campaign reporting, insights, and performance summaries to internal teams and clients.
Provide best-in-class client service by responding promptly to requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Contribute to account growth by identifying optimization opportunities and supporting renewal conversations.
What You'll Need
Strong attention to detail when handling intricate orders, campaign performance, and reporting.
Demonstrates proactive written and verbal communication skills, including clarifying questions with support teams, sales, and ad operations during fulfillment.
Familiarity with digital terms and products, including impressions, net cost, gross costs, impression buffers, podcasts, streaming, and banners.
Time management skills with the ability to balance workload and communicate turn-times and delays.
Self-starter, proactive in task completion and issue resolution.
Comfort with Outlook, Excel, and general software systems.
