What to Expect Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales leadership to analyze and optimize the sales funnel from prospecting to closed-won
Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and rep productivity
Own CRM processes (Salesforce) ensuring accurate data capture and compliance with sales processes
Support lead and account routing logic to enhance speed-to-lead and alignment with go-to-market strategy
Conduct process audits to identify opportunities for automation and scalability within core workflows
What is Required
2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical/process-driven role
Strong understanding of GTM processes, including lead management and sales stages
Experience as a Salesforce system administrator with Lightning UX (or equivalent experience)
Excellent documentation skills with strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and map processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Notion, Linear)
Hands-on experience with sales and marketing tooling (e.g., marketing automation platforms, Gong, or similar)
Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Miro)
An ownership mindset with a track record of executing and delivering projects in a fast-paced environment
