Evaluate and improve onboarding processes to optimize workflows and eliminate inefficiencies Analyze onboarding data to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance systems and tools utilized by the onboarding team Contribute to strategic initiatives that align with company objectives to boost revenue growth Manage onboarding procedures and reporting, ensuring quality assurance testing meets customer expectations What is Required (Qualifications)

3+ years of experience in business operations or sales operations Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail Experience with collaborative systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, Google, and Smartsheet How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
