What to Expect

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse roles in Sales and Go-To-Market organizations

Act as a strategic advisor to Revenue leadership, facilitating hiring meetings and providing market insights

Build and maintain a pipeline of passive talent through innovative sourcing strategies

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience aligned with company values

Utilize data and tools to track hiring metrics and drive improvements in recruitment processes

What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (Fintech or SaaS preferred)

Proven track record of hiring for high-volume sales roles and complex GTM/Corporate functions

Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and a proactive approach to sourcing talent

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Strong analytical skills to identify hiring trends and solve recruiting challenges

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Greenhouse ATS

Familiarity with BrightHire or other interview intelligence platforms

Ability to work across all U.S. time zones
