What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Deliver on credit program objectives for applications, new accounts, and credit sales through initiatives in stores

Develop relationships with stakeholders to enhance credit performance and customer experience

Assess store-level performance issues and provide actionable insights

Collaborate with marketing to drive improved credit performance strategies

Partner with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations and mitigate risks

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in Financial Services or Retail Store Management; or HS diploma/equivalent and 5+ years of relevant experience

Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience

At least 2 years of client relationship/development management experience

Experience working with C-Suite level management

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Sales experience in telecommunications, particularly wireless products/services

Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to engage with leaders at all levels

Openness to coaching and a strong customer-focused mindset

Experience with Salesforce and private label sales and marketing

Greenbelt Training certification
