What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive application volume to meet or exceed goals, measured as a percent increase to the Operating Plan
Enhance implementation of in-store marketing programs and conduct ongoing training
Develop and maintain key external client relationships at store, market, and regional levels
Support Client Program Manager and client team initiatives while managing travel and marketing budgets
Attend and support store opening and relocation events
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in Financial Services or Retail Store Management; or High School diploma/equivalent and 5+ years' experience in the same fields
Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience
Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship Management experience
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must live in Indiana, Kentucky, or Tennessee and be willing to travel up to 75% of the time

Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
Openness to coaching and ability to learn quickly
