What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coach and train regional and store-level client leadership on product benefits to drive engagement and execution
Develop and maintain key external client relationships at store, regional, and zone levels
Conduct monthly in-person and virtual training to enhance in-store marketing programs
Compile, document, and present results of weekly engagements and deliver travel and marketing budgets
Audit signage and point of sale material for compliance and communicate issues accordingly
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management, or HS diploma/GED and 5+ years\' experience in the same fields
Minimum of 2 years client relationship management experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing presentations and pitching to management
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time

Openness to coaching and quick learning abilities

Private label sales and marketing experience
