Overview
Job Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Union, IL 60180 Pay Rate: $15.50/hr Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the main point of contact for all customers, providing professional and knowledgeable service through phone calls and emails. You’ll be responsible for quoting all printing processes, securing orders, and navigating various internal systems like SAP and the company website. This is a dynamic role that requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a passion for helping people. You’ll work with a variety of departments and have the opportunity to cross-train, gaining a deep understanding of our company’s operations. Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service for all incoming calls and emails. Quote all printing processes and secure orders. Navigate SAP and our company website to enter quotes and orders. Analyze inventory information and manage sample requests. Quote rush orders and LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Direct calls to the Design Centre for large or custom quotes. Handle various projects assigned by management, which may include cross-training in departments like Production, Warehouse, or Inspection. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is recommended. Experience in customer service or a related field is helpful. Ability to type 30–40 words per minute. Basic computer knowledge. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a variety of personnel.
