Become an expert on Caper’s systems, enhancing AI-powered solutions in shopping experiences Help prioritize and define the roadmap for Caper’s innovative product direction Create robust analytical frameworks to refine decision-making across various initiatives Assist in sizing and scoping potential challenges and opportunities within systems Translate complex datasets into understandable narratives and actionable recommendations What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing data to inform strategic decisions Comfort working in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environments Strong proficiency in SQL Proven ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives Experience managing and prioritizing work across multiple teams How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
