
This position supports day-to-day HR operations within a dynamic organization that spans multiple employee groups and work environments. The role focuses on building and maintaining core HR processes while providing hands-on support to managers and employees. The HR professional in this role will partner closely with senior HR leadership and contribute to the ongoing development of people programs and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent employee experience
Assist with the administration and coordination of performance management programs
Partner with external system consultants to support HR workflows, tools, and process improvements
Help manage HR system functionality, including performance-related modules
Provide practical HR support to managers and employees on routine questions and issues
Assist with employee relations matters, focusing on low-risk, task-oriented situations
Support payroll processing and serve as backup coverage when needed
Responding to general benefits and HR inquiries
Coaching managers on attendance, punctuality, and performance basics
Assisting with routine employee issues in operational or frontline environments
Supporting managers with documentation and preparation for sensitive but low-risk conversations
Candidate Requirements
Prior HR experience preferred; early-career candidates considered with the right attitude and aptitude
Experience working with HR systems required; ADP experience strongly preferred
Payroll exposure required, with willingness to learn and take on additional responsibility
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and follow-through
Openness to training, mentorship, and professional development
Exposure to employee relations support in a generalist or coordinator capacity
Recruiting or sourcing experience
Basic Excel skills, including lookup functions
