Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to join a team at an independent insurance agency. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of servicing commercial clients. Working closely with a senior lead account manager and producer, you will ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for clients. Compensation Package
Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience) + End-of-Year Bonus Potential Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities
Assist in servicing commercial insurance accounts, including adding vehicles, locations, endorsements, and handling light certificate work. Review and check policies for accuracy and completeness. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the lead account manager and producer to ensure seamless operations. Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system (AMS360). Qualifications/Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role at a retail P&C insurance agency. Proficiency in using AMS360 or similar agency management software. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, business-driven environment.
