The

Commercial Lines Account Manager

is responsible for servicing and supporting an assigned book of commercial clients throughout the policy lifecycle—from endorsements to renewals—while delivering exceptional client experiences. What You’ll Do

Partner with Producers to guide clients through policy terms, renewals, and coverage decisions Manage day-to-day servicing needs, including endorsements and change requests Support insureds through audits and assist with dispute resolution when needed Respond to client and carrier inquiries accurately and in a timely manner Submit First Notices of Loss and assist the CAE with claims resolution Review expiring policies and take action using the Agency Management System Prepare renewal proposals and schedules of insurance Apply industry knowledge to help clients make informed business decisions Collaborate with Risk Management and Marketing teams on new and transitioned business Ensure compliance with agency procedures and carrier regulations Assist with special projects as assigned What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of insurance experience (preferred) Active Property & Casualty Producer’s License or ability to obtain within 60 days (required) Strong communication skills—both written and verbal Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to deliver prompt, accurate, and client-focused service Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance (preferred) Hybrid work environment Stable, well-established agency with long-term career potential Supportive, team-oriented culture rooted in family values Opportunity to grow your insurance expertise while building lasting client relationships If you’re passionate about the insurance industry, client service, and being part of a company that truly values its people, we’d love to hear from you.
