Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Commercial Lines CSR to join our close-knit team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, assisting them with their insurance needs and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims support.
Issue insurance ID cards, certificates of insurance, and other policy documents.
Process endorsements and renewals.
Maintain accurate client records.
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
