Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly and reliable Commercial Lines CSR to join our close-knit team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, assisting them with their insurance needs and ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities: Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims support. Issue insurance ID cards, certificates of insurance, and other policy documents. Process endorsements and renewals. Maintain accurate client records.
