Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager Department: Insurance & Financial Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: Oregon Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 / year Description We are seeking a friendly and reliable Commercial Lines CSR to join our close-knit team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, assisting them with their insurance needs and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims support. Issue insurance ID cards, certificates of insurance, and other policy documents. Process endorsements and renewals. Maintain accurate client records.
