Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Employee Relations Specialist based in West Fargo, ND. The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws, and addressing performance management concerns. The role will also include developing and maintaining employee engagement initiatives to support a thriving team environment. This is a dynamic position requiring strong problem-solving skills and collaboration with various departments. Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Employee Engagement to promote a positive and productive workplace environment. Proficiency in HR Policies and a thorough understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure company compliance. Experience in Performance Management, including performance evaluations, coaching, and employee development. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to manage sensitive employee matters. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or a related HR certification is an advantage. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
