Job Details We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service Rep to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will be responsible reviewing orders, input them into the shipment system, and process the orders to ensure the shipment is fulfilled properly and delivered on time. You will also communicate daily with the sales team to update them on the status of client orders.

This position will be fully on-site.

Hours 7am to 3:30pm

Days Monday-Friday

Job Requirements

Review daily shipment log and monitor inventory

Communicate with commercial clients via email and phone

Input orders into company system

Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries

Track shipments and update master list

Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments

Communicate delivery updates with sales team

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience working in a wholesales environment

2+ years of shipping or logistics experience (preferred)

Bilingual Spanish (preferred)

Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

Data entry experience

Excellent communication and organizational skills
