What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and maintain expert-level product knowledge of assigned NEOGOV brand products
Translate prospects’ strategic goals and business requirements into NEOGOV product solutions
Lead value-based conversations via technical product demonstrations to help meet sales quotas
Respond to product functionality questions from the sales team and recommend team training needs
Facilitate and present sessions at industry conferences, including NEOGOV’s Ignite Conference
What is Required (Qualifications)
2+ years of experience using NEOGOV products or comparable HCM/HRIS/Public Safety software
2+ years conducting product demonstrations or leading technical training, virtually or in person
Prior experience with project management and project management software
Experience with CRM, Salesforce preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales, training, or project goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior sales engineer experience is preferred
Ability to adapt conversations to meet customer or internal partner needs
Strong emotional intelligence to foster rapport with prospects and internal stakeholders
Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and demonstrations
A can-do, creative spirit with a strong focus on exceptional customer and internal partner service
