What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Build and execute territory plans, generating and advancing pipeline through multi‑channel prospecting

Lead executive‑level discovery to surface strategic outcomes and qualified criteria

Deliver tailored, value‑based product demonstrations, translating use cases into tangible outcomes

Quantify impact and package compelling business proposals for clients

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to accelerate sales cycles and ensure strong handoffs

What is Required (Qualifications):

2‑3 years of quota‑carrying SaaS sales experience; public sector experience is a strong plus

Proven track record of exceeding new‑business targets in complex, multi‑stakeholder deals

Mastery of consultative selling, multithreading, and executive communication; familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar methodology

Proficiency with the sales enablement stack including Gong, Outreach, Highspot, Salesforce, and Google Workspace

Strong business acumen with the ability to build data‑driven ROI cases and navigate legal/security reviews

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience using AI tools responsibly in a sales context

High integrity, ownership, resilience, and a bias for preparation and follow‑through
