Customer Service Representative: In this position you will be the face representing our company culture. It is imperative that you are a friendly and positive person by nature. The Customer Service Representative position requires high-level customer service, communication, and organization. Must be able to interact with customers (over phone and face-to-face) to provide the highest level of communication throughout each transaction. Must have an extremely positive-friendly demeanor and enjoy working with the general public. Responsibilities
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and selecting the most appropriate Manager to handle each situation. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
