Commercial Loan Closing Specialist

The Commercial Loan Closing Specialist supports moderately complex commercial loan closing initiatives and deliverables. This role involves reviewing and analyzing loan closing challenges, resolving issues through collaboration with internal and client stakeholders, and ensuring all deliverables meet established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. The specialist contributes to planning activities, coordinates real estate documentation, and manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is a fully onsite position requiring 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Qualifications
4+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education Familiarity with commercial real estate documentation and closing coordination Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Ability to navigate multiple systems and independently manage competing priorities Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
