About the Role

A well-established legal team in West Palm Beach is seeking a

Legal Assistant

with a strong background in

commercial real estate transactions . You’ll support a team of attorneys on a variety of real estate matters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal setting and is passionate about delivering exceptional administrative and client service. Draft, revise, and finalize legal documents such as purchase and sale agreements and leases. Manage billing processes, including reviewing and editing prebills and time entries. Provide comprehensive administrative support: calendar management, conflict checks, expense reports, and deadline tracking. Coordinate communications, schedule meetings and video conferences, and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence. Maintain organized and confidential legal files (both electronic and paper). Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a law firm setting, with a focus on

commercial real estate . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong grammar, spelling, and communication skills. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage shifting priorities. Familiarity with legal billing and case management systems (experience with iManage or Coyote is a plus). Why This Opportunity?
