Property Manager

to lead daily operations at

The Apiary , a vibrant residential community in West Allis. This modern community is designed with thoughtful architecture, strong pedestrian connectivity, and an elevated resident experience. Because this is a fast-paced lease up, we are looking for someone with demonstrated lease-up experience who can confidently guide the property through an active and highly visible launch period. This on-site leader will oversee financial performance, resident relations, vendor partnerships, and team collaboration while supporting a community built around quality, comfort, and modern living. About the Community

The Apiary offers a wide range of indoor amenities including a clubhouse, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a sports lounge with a golf simulator, and a rooftop deck. Expansive windows and overhead doors create a seamless connection between interior spaces and the outdoors, opening to views of and access to the pool and courtyard plaza. Outdoor amenities include a covered seating area with TV, a grilling and dining space, a firepit lounge, two lawn areas for games and gatherings, a dog park, and a dog spa. The pool experience features a spacious deck, a sun shelf, and plenty of options for lounging and dining. The property includes 248 apartments across studio, one, two, and three bedroom layouts, supporting a diverse range of lifestyles and needs. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily property operations to ensure resident satisfaction and strong community performance Lead rent collection, manage delinquencies, and maintain accurate resident accounts Manage the property budget, financial reporting, and performance goals Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure high quality and timely project completion Partner with the leasing team to market the community, conduct tours, and support all leasing efforts throughout the lease up Build strong relationships with residents through responsive communication and high quality service Address and resolve resident concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset Maintain records, uphold compliance requirements, and ensure adherence to company policies and all applicable laws Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is preferred Two to three years of residential property management leadership experience Proven success working in a fast paced lease up environment Experience supporting or coordinating social media marketing efforts to increase visibility, engagement, and leasing traffic A passion for delivering top tier customer service and building resident loyalty Strong skills in rent collection, budgeting, financial tracking, and performance management Excellent communication abilities and comfort multitasking in a dynamic, high energy setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Yardi, MRI, Entrata, or AppFolio is a plus A collaborative spirit, strong organizational skills, and a sharp eye for detail A calm, professional, and solutions focused approach to resident concerns Why Join Us?
