Showcase The Apiary\'s layouts, highlighting modern indoor and outdoor amenities Monitor local rental trends and competitors to position The Apiary as a premier living destination Assist with marketing campaigns, update online listings, contribute to social media, and help coordinate resident events that foster community Accurately process applications and leasing paperwork while ensuring prompt, clear communication with prospects and residents alike Be a go-to resource for current residents, offering support, solving problems, and helping maintain a welcoming, responsive living environment Welcome every prospective resident with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest in their needs Requirements
A passion for helping people find a place they love to live Experience in leasing (preferred), hospitality, customer service, or sales Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and digitally Experience with social media platforms Detail-oriented, organized, and tech savvy with modern leasing systems Positive, energetic, and team-focused with a desire to grow in property management Why Join Us?
