Overview The contractor Customer Service Representative 3 position at the Arizona Department of Revenue is a customer-facing role focused on licensing. This role is responsible for directly receiving, processing, and applying payments for all tax types in the forms of cash, checks, and money orders to taxpayer's personal or business accounts, and also complete daily reconciliation and end-of-day balancing of assigned till.

Responsibilities

Assist taxpayers, process license applications and updates, and provide information on licensing laws, rules, and procedures.

Receive, process, and apply payments for all tax types (cash, checks, and money orders) to taxpayer accounts.

Perform daily reconciliation and end-of-day balancing of the assigned till.

Work in person at the Phoenix office (8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday).

Interviews will be conducted onsite.

Qualifications

Required Skills: 2+ years in customer service, data entry, and at least a few months of cashiering.

Preferred Skills: Bilingual.
