
We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Representative I to join our team in downtown San Francisco. If you have 1+ year of customer service or call center experience and enjoy helping people resolve inquiries quickly and accurately, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in-person
Resolve issues related to claims, benefits, and eligibility
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned plans and company procedures
Meet quality and quantity standards for customer interactions
Perform administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Identify potential problems and escalate to management
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of experience in customer service or call center environment
Knowledge of claims processing and healthcare is a plus
Strong work ethic, team-oriented, and high integrity
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and listening skills
Ability to interpret business materials, benefit plans, and regulations
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Excellent attendance and punctuality
