Responsibilities

Deliver world-class customer service by managing inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries

Ensure accuracy and completeness in policy servicing, billing, endorsements, and claims support

Identify retention risks and escalate issues to sales as necessary

Maintain precise records and documentation in CRM and internal systems

Collaborate with teammates and sales partners to foster seamless customer transitions

Qualifications

Minimum of ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience (preferably in insurance)

Must possess active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses (preferred to start, required for contribution)

Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on retention

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry

Familiarity with CRM systems and service workflows

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Willingness to pursue ongoing learning opportunities and professional development
