Answer 50+ inbound calls daily and maintain 2+ hours of daily talk time Ensure 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, endorsements, and claims support Proactively identify retention risks and escalate issues to sales when appropriate Maintain precise records in CRM and internal systems while executing service workflows Communicate proactively with teammates and leadership regarding growth opportunities and updates Qualifications

Minimum of ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience (preferably in insurance) Fully licensed (active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses) is preferred Exceptional customer-centric mindset with strong listening and communication skills Ability to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process discipline Preferred Qualifications

Experience with State Farm or similar insurance organizations Demonstrated ownership and accountability in previous roles Previous training or coaching experience in a customer service environment Familiarity with CRM systems and operational workflows Proven ability to contribute positively to team dynamics and culture We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
