Responsibilities

Deliver world-class service in every customer interaction, maintaining trust and confidence

Answer 50+ inbound calls per day and maintain 2+ hours of daily talk time

Ensure 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, endorsements, and claims support

Proactively identify retention risks or coverage gaps, escalating issues as needed

Collaborate with teammates and sales partners to enhance overall service execution

Qualifications

At least ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience (preferably with the employer)

Fully licensed (active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses) is preferred

Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on retention and problem-solving

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry

Familiarity with CRM and internal systems for record-keeping

Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations

Experience in sales or cross-selling products

Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
