What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Answer 50+ inbound calls daily and maintain over 2 hours of talk time.

Ensure 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, endorsements, and claims support.

Identify and escape retention risks or coverage gaps to the sales team.

Maintain precise records in CRM and internal systems while executing service workflows.

Collaborate with teammates and sales partners to communicate growth opportunities and updates.

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of one year of relevant industry experience, preferably with an insurance company.

Must possess or be willing to obtain active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses.

Strong customer‑centric mindset and emotional intelligence.

Ability to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high‑pressure situations.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience with State Farm or similar insurance companies.

Familiarity with CRM systems and service workflows.

Proven track record of achieving retention and sales targets.

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience in a remote work setting.
