What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Answer 50+ inbound calls daily while maintaining exceptional customer service
Ensure 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, endorsements, and claims support
Proactively identify retention risks and escalate issues as necessary
Maintain precise records in CRM and internal systems, ensuring operational discipline
Collaborate effectively with teammates and sales partners to enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
At least ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience (preferably with the employer)
Must possess active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain them
Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills
Ability to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations
Commitment to personal accountability and continuous learning
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in a customer service role within the insurance industry
Familiarity with CRM systems and service workflows
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and process discipline
Previous involvement in team collaboration and process improvement initiatives
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
