Handle 50+ inbound calls daily to meet retention targets and provide exceptional customer service Ensure accuracy and completeness in policy servicing, billing, and claims support Proactively identify retention risks and escalate issues to the sales team when necessary Maintain precise records in CRM and internal systems, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries Collaborate with teammates and sales partners to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency Qualifications
At least ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience, preferably in insurance Must be available to work during the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET, Monday - Friday Fully licensed (active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses) preferred; unlicensed individuals may be trained through the licensing process Strong customer-centric mindset with emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills Ability to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations Preferred Qualifications
