Overview
Location:
Remote, with occasional in-office presence required for technical issues.
Candidates must be located within one hour of any of the following locations:
Urbandale, IA
Franklin, MA
Houston, TX
Tampa, FL
Miami, FL

11-month contract

The role supports primarily inbound calls, assisting callers with making their elections, answering questions about upcoming changes, and providing support regarding their
pensions .
Candidates should have a high school diploma
or
equivalent .
Experience with
pensions , working in an office environment, and prior
call center experience
are preferred but not required.
Training & work will be remote; however, they may need to go into the office if there are technical issues. (assuming they live within 1 hour of the office) Candidates need to have a quiet/professional space to take calls and work with no distractions or background noise.
Below are some additional requirements...
Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps or greater
Hardline connection via Ethernet to the internet (so no WIFI)
No planned time off
during training/nesting. ( March 2nd thru 31st )
Ability to work between
7:45 am and 6 pm CST.
Everyone will be scheduled for an 8-hour shift between these times with a
30-minute
break and two 15-minute breaks. All breaks and lunches are scheduled, and workers are expected to adhere to these set schedules.
Occasionally, overtime may be required
Basic computer skills. Will be required to navigate between multiple screens, search for information in our knowledge base, create notes at the end of each call, some typing, etc
