Customer Service Representative
to support daily operations in a fast-paced delivery environment. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, business partners, and delivery drivers to ensure timely issue resolution and a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities
Assist customers, business partners, and drivers via phone and email Handle customer complaints professionally and calmly Diagnose issues, assess solutions, and resolve service-related problems Monitor delivery routes and track progress throughout the day Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps Process delivery changes and order cancellations accurately Support operational efficiency while meeting service-level expectations Required Qualifications
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
