Role Overview
We are seeking a
bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative
to support customer and delivery operations. This role focuses on resolving customer issues, coordinating with internal teams and drivers, and ensuring a smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities Assist customers and business partners via phone and email Handle customer complaints professionally and calmly Diagnose, assess, and resolve service or delivery issues Monitor delivery routes and provide updates Scan haul-away pods and verify documentation Process delivery changes and cancellations Maintain accurate records and follow operational procedures Required Qualifications
Fluent in
English and Spanish
(required) Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving ability Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year customer service or call center experience Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently
