
Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Woburn, Massachusetts. In this role, you will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure documentation is accurate and complete. This position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to develop technical skills in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Perform quality control reviews of drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness. Verify and count elements within documentation, ensuring all pieces are accounted for. Collaborate with team members to maintain organized review processes using established systems. Review and edit PDFs. Track exceptions and details using Microsoft Lists to ensure all discrepancies are addressed. Resolve inconsistencies. Maintain clear communication with the team to ensure smooth workflows. Follow peer review processes to uphold quality standards. Adapt to training provided by the team to effectively carry out QC procedures. Support record-keeping and data entry tasks as needed. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. Proficiency or willingness to learn software tools such as BlueBeam and Microsoft Lists. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. Technical aptitude and willingness to undergo training for specialized processes. Flexibility to work 20 hours per week with potential for additional hours. Reliable and consistent performance in maintaining accurate records.
