
Data Entry Clerk
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling large volumes of data with precision. Responsibilities: Accurately enter and update data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems Review, verify, and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical Retrieve data for reporting or information requests as needed Perform regular data audits to identify inconsistencies or errors Follow company procedures for data security and confidentiality Assist with basic administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and document management Communicate with team members or departments to obtain missing information Meet daily/weekly data entry quotas and timelines Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred Strong typing skills with high accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under deadlines Strong communication skills Comfort working independently and in a team environment
