Position Summary:
The Marketing Designer is a hands-on creative responsible for producing high-quality marketing and brand assets across digital and print channels. This role develops concepts and executes design for advertising, social media, product literature, web and blog content, and light motion graphics/animation. The Marketing Designer partners closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery, and may oversee contractors as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Concept and design integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, web, and print. Create advertising assets (static and light motion) including display, paid social, and promotional creative. Design social media graphics, templates, and ongoing content assets. Produce product literature such as brochures, sell sheets, one-pagers, case studies, and trade show materials. Support website design needs, including landing pages, blog graphics, and basic layout updates in collaboration with web stakeholders. Develop and maintain brand-aligned visual systems (templates, guidelines, and asset libraries) to improve consistency and speed. Create basic animations/motion graphics (e.g., short promos, UI callouts, simple explainer elements). Prepare production-ready files and manage print/digital specs, versioning, and QA. Coordinate and provide direction to external contractors (design, illustration, motion) when needed. Participate in creative reviews; incorporate stakeholder input while upholding brand standards and quality. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will not have any supervisory responsibilities. WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
5+ years of marketing design experience (B2B preferred). Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign concepting, digital design, and print production. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma strongly preferred. Working knowledge of motion tools (After Effects or similar) for basic animation. Understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and visual storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and comfort presenting design rationale. ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Experience supporting web teams (landing pages, CMS collaboration, basic UX/layout awareness). Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro or similar). Experience in fleet, automotive, SaaS, or technical products. Consistent, on-brand creative delivered on time across channels. Campaign assets that improve engagement and performance. Streamlined design workflows through reusable templates and organized asset management. Effective collaboration with stakeholders and smooth coordination of contractor support. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching may be required. Basic motor skills and manual dexterity for extensive computer usage are required. Sitting for extended periods of time is required. Talking, hearing and close vision abilities are required. Stress may occur with changing priorities, tight deadlines and long hours. Ability to occasionally lift 20 pounds. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
