NYB International Inc. is a leading wholesale distributor of Designer Fragrances. Located in Edgewood, NY we are in business over 25+ years distributing fine fragrances in USA and around the world.
Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Outreach Activities:
Conduct cold calls and follow up with clients through phone and email to generate leads and drive sales.
Order Processing:
Utilize ERP and CRM systems to accurately enter orders, track client interactions, and ensure timely follow-up.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
General Office Tasks:
Perform general office duties as required, including answering phone calls, scanning and filing, etc.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on relationship building.
Ability to quickly learn and understand our inventory.
Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail in logging daily activities.
Dependable and punctual, demonstrating responsibility in all tasks.
Experience in cold calling, sales, or marketing is preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Sage or QuickBooks) is a plus, but not required.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience & room for growth
