Research and develop new methods for loss reserving Prepare and coordinate analyses of monthly and quarterly loss reserves Perform complex data analysis with minimal oversight Evaluate analytical work done by others and make informed recommendations Provide training to Actuarial Analysts Qualifications

Required Qualifications

BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or a related area At least 5 years of experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on Commercial or Personal lines insurance Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as SQL, R, and Python Strong analytical and communication skills Preferred Qualifications

Experience in actuarial analysis on Commercial Auto lines insurance Effective computer software programming skills Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Strong oral and written communication skills Basic knowledge of the actuarial industry Notes
