We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to help drive growth for a national provider of comprehensive physical security solutions. This role is focused on owning the full sales cycle and partnering with businesses to design, sell, and implement security systems that protect people, property, and assets. You’ll work directly with decision-makers to understand their security needs and deliver tailored solutions across video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and integrated monitoring services. What You’ll Be Doing

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, with a strong emphasis on solution-based selling Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and retail environments Conduct onsite and virtual security assessments to understand customer risk profiles and operational needs Design and propose customized physical security solutions, partnering closely with engineering and project teams Engage with C-level executives, facilities leaders, IT, and security stakeholders to drive consensus and close deals Manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, navigating RFPs, bids, and contract negotiations Who You Are

Proven Account Executive with experience selling B2B solutions in physical security, construction, building systems, or complex technical services Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to uncover pain points and map solutions to business outcomes Comfortable selling high-ticket solutions with longer deal cycles and multiple decision-makers Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, territory-based role
