Job Description Key Responsibilities Manage and assist with an established range of active customer accounts (millwork fabricators, industrial woodworking companies, and high-end cabinetmakers). Heavy emphasis on farming existing business (95%) with limited new business hunting. Staff the sales counter and serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers. Handle inbound calls, emails, and texts while supporting Outside Sales Representatives. Collaborate with the branch team to provide product knowledge, service solutions, and order fulfillment. Schedule: Onsite role only – this position is not remote or hybrid. Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Requirements 2–4 years of Inside Sales experience preferred. Industry knowledge in woodworking/building materials is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle high-volume customer interaction. Proven ability to manage relationships and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused.
