Key Account Manager , you’ll be the channel owner for the
Electrical Distribution or
Data Centers vertical.
This role goes beyond traditional account management—you’ll own strategic development, drive revenue growth, and coordinate go-to-market activities in your assigned channel. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of OEMs, EPCs, and strategic partners while identifying and closing new businesses. You’ll represent a portfolio of engineered electrical distribution products and collaborate closely with founders and internal teams across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial operations to deliver outstanding customer experience. What You’ll Do: Serve as the channel owner
and subject matter expert for one or more of four strategic verticals: Data Center:
hyper-scaler, colo, cloud infrastructure Electrical Distribution: Utilities Oil & Gas Renewables Develop channel-specific sales strategies and go-to-market campaigns Own and grow a strategic book of business including key OEM, EPC, and design/build partners Interpret
one-line diagrams ,
MEP drawings , and perform
material takeoffs
to scope customer needs accurately Track customer specs, project timelines, and technical requirements Lead customer presentations, proposal reviews, and onsite meetings Work cross-functionally with engineering, quoting, and factory teams Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and channel-specific standards Attend industry trade shows, customer site visits, facility tours Maintain CRM (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline tracking and forecasting What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in sales or key account management in
data centers ,
