that power payroll, HR, talent management, and workforce operations for businesses at scale. This is a

career-defining Account Executive role

designed for high-performing sales professionals who want

uncapped earning potential, elite sales training, and direct access to C-suite decision-makers .

What You'll Do

Drive net-new business acquisition across mid-market to enterprise accounts

Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close

Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers

Prospect and develop accounts with 50+ employees within your assigned territory

Maintain a strong pipeline through in-person meetings and strategic outreach

Close new business and support clients through the go-live phase

Maintain expert-level knowledge of a complex, enterprise SaaS platform

Travel up to 25% (including overnight travel when required)

Compensation & Rewards

Base + supplemental pay: $100,000 total

Uncapped commission

1st-year OTE: $180,000

2nd-year OTE: $412,000

Top 15% performers: $800K–$1M+ annually

What We're Looking For

Bachelors degree (Business or Professional Selling preferred)

Proven success in competitive, fast-paced B2B sales environments

Track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs

Experience managing complex sales cycles

Strong consultative selling, presentation, and closing skills

Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven mindset

Tools & Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and manage a high-velocity pipeline
